About Oyindamola
Oyindamola Lami Adeyemi is an entrepreneur and Executive Chairperson of Still Earth Holdings, where she has spent over 15 years building businesses across construction, finance, and energy. Across more than two decades, her work has focused on strengthening the systems that connect capital, infrastructure, and economic activity.
Through Still Earth Construction, she has built a reputation for reliable infrastructure delivery across Nigeria. In 2019, she founded Tirex Petroleum and Energy, which grew to approximately 30 percent of the nation’s drilling market share within its first few years. At Still Earth Capital Finance, she led the company’s expansion to over 100,000 customers within four years, deepening access to structured financial support.
Her understanding of development extends beyond enterprise. She founded The Green Renaissance to support institutional strength and leadership advancement within civil society, reflecting her belief that resilient economies require resilient institutions.
Raised between northern and southwestern Nigeria, to a Hausa-Fulani mother from Gombe and a Yoruba father from Ondo, she developed an early appreciation for different perspectives and the complexity of building across contexts.
She holds a degree in Political Science, has completed executive education in Political Economy and Governance, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner President Management Program.
Today, she continues to lead across business and social initiatives while maintaining a lifelong commitment to learning, thoughtful leadership, and the work of building for the long term.
